  1. OBJECTIVE 
    1. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that our company complies with Bill S-211, An Act to enact the Combating Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act and to amend the Customs Tariff.
  2. LOCATIONS AND SCOPE
    1. This policy applies to all activities of our business, including the manufacturing and import of goods.
  3. RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. It is the responsibility of each employee to understand and comply with this policy. 
    2. Management is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of this policy.
  4. POLITICS
    1. Transparency
      1. We are committed to maintaining full transparency in our supply chains and reporting any risks of forced or child labor.
      2. We comply with the laws of the regions in which we operate and do not use forced labour or the labour of children under the age of 15.
    2. Commerce
      1. We will comply with the reporting obligation imposed by Bill S-211. These reports will be made public and will include information on the risks, review processes and remediation mechanisms for forced or child labour in our supply chains.
    3. Offences
      1. We understand that fines may be imposed for false or misleading statements in our reports. We are committed to providing accurate and truthful information in all our reports.
  5. REVISION
    1. This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
