Epson offers the first color inkjet printer with a peel-and-present function, speeding up the manual application of labels on demand. An integrated label pick-up sensor suspends the next print until the previous label is removed. This feature is ideally suited to fully automated label application systems.
This unique capability eliminates the need for a free loop and allows individual labels to be picked up as soon as they are printed.
With a built-in 4“ or 8” automatic cutter covering the full range of label sizes to create variable-length labels and enable easy job separation, these new ColorWorks models cut costs and inventory compared to using pre-printed labels.
